The Rockford Fosgate T2D412 subwoofer is truly built like a tank. It combines quality materials with performance to create a powerful subwoofer. It's made from an anodized aluminum cone with a high-excursion rubber sound, and has an Inductive Damping Heat Sink (IDHS) that reduces the amount of distortion and distributes heat to reduce the voice coil temperature. And if you want to reverse mount your subwoofer, the Rockford Fosgate T2D412 comes with a removable trim ring that can be placed on either the front or back side of the subwoofer. This subwoofer was Designed to match the Rockford Fosgate Power Series amps, it can handle huge amounts of power (1,200 watts RMS at 4 ohms). With this amount of power, you can ensure you'll have a car-rattling bass while driving down the street.
