Many, many years ago Nigel worked in a car factory, not just any car factory but the Rolls-Royce plant in rural England. Building “The Best Car in the World” lead to a long career in the automotive industry, but it turned out Nigel preferred writing about cars to doing the actual engineering. Now based near the Motor City, he types pieces about autos, engines and how to look after both. When not at his laptop he's often found trying to breathe new life into a decrepit Corvette Stingray.
