The MPK 165.3 Pro is a 3-way system, complete with a pair of woofers, tweeters and external crossovers. It features a pressed pulp woofer and rubber surround along with a separate tetolon dome tweeter. 6.5″ speakers aren't exactly known for their bass, but the  Boundary Free design of the surround on these speakers and dampened design of the speaker make it among the higher performing speakers for low frequencies in its size range.

Although the MPK 165.3 PRO isn't on CarAudioNow's list of best speakers, this product has been a contender and is among the higher performing speakers on the market. It's a great upgrade for your factory speakers, and an excellent choice for an amplified, high performance system.
